USA: Polymarket post gets Jason Miller’s Attention

By Hotspotnews
Jason Miller’s role is real, but unofficial. He is not a U.S. government official. He is a former Trump campaign spokesman and transition adviser who now runs the lobbying firm SHW Partners. Coverage in Brazil and the United States treats him as a private connector between Trump-world and the Bolsonaro family, not as someone authorized to speak for the White House.

The relationship predates the Polymarket post. Miller has been close to the Bolsonaros since at least 2021, when he visited Brasília to promote Gettr, met Jair and Eduardo Bolsonaro, and was briefly questioned by federal police at the airport in the Supreme Court’s “digital militias” inquiry. In March 2026 he posted a photo with Flávio at CPAC and wrote in Portuguese that Flávio was “our next president.” In April and May he used open campaign language: elect Flávio, “expose” Lula and Justice Alexandre de Moraes, and “it only takes one election to change everything.” He also publicly defended Flávio after the Vorcaro audio controversy.

The May 2026 White House meeting is the main fact-check. Flávio met Trump. Miller appeared at Flávio’s press conference afterward and personally urged Brazilians to vote for Flávio. Flávio said Trump himself did not endorse him and that he had not asked for that. Some reports said Miller avoided saying on camera that Trump backed Flávio, then posted the endorsement himself. That gap matters: Miller’s input is loud private advocacy. It is not a formal U.S. government endorsement.

The Polymarket quote-post fits that pattern. Miller amplifies Bolsonaro-family messaging, mentions  Lula and Moraes, and keeps Brazil in Trump-aligned media. He has access and influence. He is not the State Department, and a prediction-market screenshot is not proof that Washington has decided the race. It is a happy moment in the middle of so much uncertainty.
