Senator Linda Stewart Faces Justice for Doxxing ICE Agents

Florida’s Stand Against Lawlessness: Senator Linda Stewart Faces Justice for Doxxing ICE Agents

As the sun sets on another tumultuous day in American politics, a bold stand for law and order is emerging from the Sunshine State. On September 8, 2025, Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier took decisive action, referring former Democratic State Senator Linda Stewart for a criminal investigation after she allegedly doxxed the locations of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents. This move, sparked by a viral Facebook post from August 15, 2025, where Stewart warned immigrants of ICE presence at Lynx Central Station in Orlando, has ignited a firestorm of debate—but for conservatives, it’s a long-overdue reckoning for those who undermine the rule of law.

Stewart’s actions, framed by her defenders as a noble alert to vulnerable communities amid the Trump administration’s aggressive deportation efforts, cross a dangerous line. By publicly disclosing the whereabouts of federal agents, she potentially endangered their lives and families, a concern echoed by ICE leadership amid reports of rising doxxing incidents. While the agency has yet to release detailed statistics, the pattern is clear: law enforcement officers are increasingly targeted, and Stewart’s post—liked by over 76 individuals and shared 23 times—amplified that risk. This isn’t free speech; it’s reckless interference with federal operations, a violation of laws like the Federal Stalking and Harassment statute and Florida’s cyberstalking regulations.

Conservatives have long argued that the left’s obsession with protecting illegal immigrants often comes at the expense of American citizens and law enforcement. Stewart, a former senator who served from 2016 to 2024 and now sits on the Florida Commission on Ethics, should know better. Her career, marked by environmental advocacy and community service, has taken a dark turn with this stunt, revealing a troubling willingness to prioritize politics over principle. The fact that she posted this alert weeks ago, only to face scrutiny now after being called out by conservative activist Laura Loomer, underscores the need for swift accountability.

The investigation, handed to State Attorney Monique Worrell of the 9th Circuit, adds another layer of intrigue. Worrell, a Soros-backed figure previously suspended by Governor Ron DeSantis for her soft-on-crime stance, now holds the key to whether justice will prevail. Will she side with law and order, or continue to shield those who flout it? For conservatives, this is a test case: Stewart’s prosecution could set a powerful precedent, sending a message that no one—especially not a former senator—is above the law.

Critics may cry foul, claiming this infringes on free speech or targets political dissent. But let’s be clear: there’s a difference between exercising rights and inciting harm. Federal law prohibits obstructing ICE agents during their duties, and while notifying the public of raids isn’t illegal on its face, doing so with malicious intent to thwart enforcement crosses into criminal territory. Stewart’s post, coupled with her history of opposing immigration enforcement, suggests intent—and that’s where the law must draw the line.

This incident also reflects a broader battle over the safety of our borders and the men and women who protect them. With ICE agents increasingly operating under masks to shield their identities—a practice defended by Acting Director Todd Lyons due to doxxing threats—Stewart’s actions undermine a critical defense mechanism. The left’s narrative of victimhood for illegal immigrants cannot overshadow the real dangers faced by agents, many of whom have seen their personal information leaked online, putting them and their loved ones at risk.

Florida’s conservative leadership, from DeSantis to Uthmeier, is sending a resounding message: enough is enough. Jail time for Stewart, as some on social media demand, might be the ultimate example, proving that aiding and abetting illegal activity has consequences. This isn’t about politics; it’s about preserving the integrity of our legal system and the safety of those who uphold it. As the investigation unfolds, conservatives nationwide will watch closely, hoping this marks the beginning of a broader push to restore order in an era of lawless activism.
