Brazil condemns handcuffing of deportees! Really?

A plane, carrying 88 Brazilian passengers, who were deported from the US for staying illegally in the country, no information if they entered illegally, overstayed their visas or if they had infringed any other laws during their stay. They were handcuffed at arrival. The Brazilian government said in a statement on Saturday that Minister Ricardo Lewandowisk characterized the practice as a “blatant disrespect” .
Just to clarify.  When you are illegally in the USA, it is considered a crime, it is not disrespect or a minor problem, it is a big deal. They are not allowed to stay and did it, they broke the Law, got arrested and now are deported to their country of origin, are prohibited to come back and if there were any other crimes, will stay in their records for 10 years or more.
The Brazilian government should not attack or make any comments, for one reason: It is the Law! And must be respected. No buts or ands, no excuses. The passengers were not mistreated, they were handcuffed because they are considered criminals by the USA law. But of course,  President Lula is an ex con, condemned for several crimes, and protects criminals. It was voted by inmates and gives speeches in the favelas. Has created laws that curb police actions, crime is up in the big cities and nobody cares, and he says it was disrespectful?! Oh please, save me the embarrassment! He needs a lesson to learn,  that criminals must be punished! Or he wanted to wait for them with music and a key for the City? On top of the stupidity, tax payers pai for the deported to fly home! What else? If you ask Brazilian tax payers,  if they agree to pay for the deported flight home, do you think they would agree? Lula has no shame!
Along with the deported a total of 16 U.S. security agents, and eight crew members. Federal police, acting under the instructions of Brazilian Justice Minister Ricardo Lewandowski, met the flight after it made an unexpected landing in the Amazonian city of Manaus due to technical problem. President Trump is making a large immigration operation, due to the border crisis and alarming number of illegal immigrants in the country, causing serious problems with violence, crime and drug trafficking. Unfortunately, everyone falls on the same criteria, but nobody is above the Law. If you are arrested, you must be handcuffed until you are surrendered to the Country of origin authorities. It is a matter of custody.
