Brazil: Daniel Silveira ‘destroys’ the theory that justice is slow

Daniel Silveira ‘destroys’ the theory that justice is slow

    By Laiz Rodrigues

Daniel Silveira, former House Representative , imprisoned on parole under the conditions imposed by the well known Alexandre de Moraes, destroyed the thesis that justice is slow in Brazil.

Justice is fast! Said Daniel, who has Chen a victim of the injustice persecution of Supreme Court judge A. Moraes.

The only crime Daniel committed was to criticize Moraes and he has been subject to humiliations, suffering and unjust accusations. There is no limit for the actions and to the way this Supreme Court judge acts. He has for sure, surpassed all limits in order to punish those who exercise their freedom f speech.

Daniel was released to serve house arrest on December 20, in the middle of a judicial recess, on the 21st at night he felt ill, staying in the hospital until the dawn of the 22nd.

On the morning of December 24, by order of Alexandre de Moraes, Daniel Silveira was again arrested for non-compliance with the conditions imposed on his freedom. This is absurd! He was sick, with a kidney problem, but of course, for a judge known for denying attention to prisoners who fall ill, even resulting in death by his neglect, it is not causing anyone surprise. Cruelty is always expected from this minister. The world already knows. What is next? Another death? Another injustice sentence? What is on the menu?

I’m not an attorney, so I won’t go into the merits of the prison (nor the conditions of freedom) imposed on Daniel Silveira.

What could take years for some Brazilians, the control of Daniel Silveira’s electronic anklet left the Rio de Janeiro prison system, passed through the federal police, reached the Supreme Court, was sent to Minister Alexandre de Moraes, who determined Daniel’s arrest, referred the PF and it moved to Petrópolis and arrested him again. All this in just over 24 hours and in full judicial recess.

A justice as fast as the Brazilian one deserves to be the most expensive in the world, with expenses greater than 1.6% of GDP.

so you know, this is what the Brazilian justice in the Lula Administration has secured. To your friends everything, to your enemies hell to pay.
