LULINHA’S EMPIRE OF FRAUD CRUMBLES: INSS SCANDAL EXPOSES LULA DYNASTY’S GRAB FOR BILLIONS AS RAPPORTUER DEMANDS PREVENTIVE ARREST!

    By Hotspotnews

In a thunderous blow to the heart of Brazil’s entrenched socialist machine, the CPMI do INSS has detonated the biggest corruption bomb of the Lula era yet. Today, the commission’s rapporteur, Deputy Alfredo Gaspar, dropped a 4,000-page report that doesn’t just name names — it demands handcuffs for the crown prince himself: Fábio Luís Lula da Silva, better known as Lulinha, the son of President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.

This isn’t some partisan sideshow. This is raw, unfiltered evidence of a vast organized crime syndicate operating at the highest levels of power, preying on Brazil’s retirees and pensioners while funneling billions into the pockets of the PT elite and their cronies. The report indicts a staggering 216 individuals for a laundry list of crimes including influence peddling, money laundering, corruption, and straight-up fraud in the approval of INSS benefits. Among the accused? One sitting minister, two former ministers, one senator, two federal deputies, and one state deputy — plus a rogues’ gallery of bankers, lobbyists, and fixers like Daniel Vorcaro of Banco Master and the notorious “Careca do INSS,” Antônio Carlos Camilo Antunes, the puppet-master who allegedly greased the wheels for this decade-long heist.

Lulinha, the globe-trotting playboy who’s spent years building his own shadow empire while his father preached “equality” from the Planalto Palace, is now squarely in the crosshairs. Gaspar’s report doesn’t mince words: Lulinha’s sudden dash to Spain — complete with a brand-new company registered there right as the Federal Police’s “Sem Desconto” operation closed in — screams risk of flight. Preventive arrest is the only way to keep this suspect from vanishing into the European jet-set while Brazilian taxpayers foot the bill for his family’s alleged scams. The scheme? A sophisticated racket where political muscle twisted INSS gears to fast-track fraudulent loans and discounts on pensions, siphoning off billions meant for the elderly and vulnerable. Retirees robbed blind so the Lula clan and their allies could live like kings.

This is the Lula machine in all its rotten glory — the same dynasty that promised to lift the poor while enriching itself at every turn. For years, the PT has hidden behind a facade of “social justice,” but the CPMI has ripped off the mask. Operations like “Sem Desconto” uncovered the fraud pipeline: influence traded for cash, ministers and lawmakers allegedly pulling strings, and Lulinha positioned as the connective tissue in a web that stretched from Brasília boardrooms to Spanish hideouts. The report lays it bare — this wasn’t incompetence. This was a calculated plunder of the very social security system the left claims to champion.

And make no mistake: the usual suspects are already circling the wagons. Lulinha’s lawyers are crying “political persecution,” claiming his Spanish adventure is just innocent entrepreneurship with zero ties to the fraud. Spare us the sob story. When the son of the president flees the country amid a billion-real scandal, it’s not a vacation — it’s an escape plan. The Brazilian people have seen this movie before: Lava Jato exposed the PT’s culture of corruption, only for the system to protect its own. But this time, the evidence is ironclad, the numbers are damning, and the political cover is wearing razor-thin.

If the STF was trying to shield Lulinha or Lula, now they will have to work harder and expose themselves more. The Supreme Court’s long pattern of selective blindness — shielding the powerful while crushing dissenters — is about to face its ultimate test. With the commission’s report headed to the PGR and the courts, any move to bury this will reek of the same old protection racket that has kept the PT untouchable for far too long. Brazil is watching. The retirees who lost their savings are watching. The opposition that forced this CPMI into existence has delivered a masterstroke of accountability.

This isn’t just a report — it’s a reckoning. The Lula era’s house of cards is collapsing under the weight of its own greed. If justice prevails, Lulinha’s preventive arrest will be the first domino in a chain reaction that could finally dismantle the corrupt empire built on the backs of Brazil’s working class. The left’s days of impunity are numbered. The people demand it. The evidence demands it. And history will record who stood on the side of truth — and who scrambled to protect the thieves.
