American Tech Companies Strike Back Against Brazilian Judicial Overreach in Landmark Free Speech Lawsuit

Yet in this U.S. federal case, Brazil now seeks dismissal by claiming Moraes’ emailed orders to Florida — demanding censorship of U.S. platforms and users — are unreviewable sovereign acts.
