Outrageous Hypocrisy: Moraes Unleashes Leniency on His Own Attacker While Waging War on Bolsonaro!

    By Hotspotnews

In a stunning display of judicial double standards that reeks of personal vendetta and systemic corruption, Supreme Court Minister Alexandre de Moraes has once again proven himself to be the unchecked tyrant of Brazil’s justice system. Just when you thought the scales of justice couldn’t tip any further against former President Jair Bolsonaro and his supporters, Moraes has authorized hacker Walter Delgatti—yes, the very criminal who targeted him personally—to slither into a semi-open prison regime. This is not justice; this is a farce, a slap in the face to every Brazilian who believes in fairness and accountability!

Let’s recap the sheer absurdity here. Delgatti, a convicted cybercriminal, was slapped with an 8-year-and-3-month sentence for brazenly inserting a false arrest warrant against Moraes himself into the National Council of Justice (CNJ) system. This wasn’t some petty prank; it was a direct assault on the integrity of Brazil’s judiciary, orchestrated to undermine one of its most powerful figures. And now, after serving a mere fraction—over 20%—of his time, Delgatti gets a cushy upgrade to semi-open status? Where he can waltz in and out, enjoying freedoms that honest citizens take for granted? Moraes, the supposed victim, signs off on this with a straight face? The hypocrisy is blinding!

But oh, how the rules change when it comes to Bolsonaro! While Delgatti, who literally tried to fabricate a warrant against Moraes, gets this sweetheart deal, the former president and his allies are hounded relentlessly. Bolsonaro has been stripped of his political rights, barred from running for office until 2030, all under Moraes’ iron-fisted decrees. Investigations into so-called “fake news” and election challenges have turned into witch hunts, with social media bans, asset freezes, and endless probes that smell of political persecution. Moraes has exceeded all limits, acting as judge, jury, and executioner, silencing dissent and crushing anyone who dares question the establishment. Yet, when the attacker is someone who might have dirt on the opposition or serves a convenient narrative, suddenly mercy flows like water?

This isn’t about law and order; it’s about power and payback. Delgatti’s progression screams favoritism—perhaps because his hacking escapades have occasionally embarrassed Bolsonaro’s foes, or maybe because keeping him somewhat appeased ensures he stays in line as a witness in other cases. Whatever the twisted reasoning, it’s a glaring injustice that exposes the rot at the heart of Brazil’s institutions. How can Moraes claim impartiality when he doles out leniency to his own assailant while Bolsonaro faces exile from public life for far less? The man has turned the Supreme Court into his personal fiefdom, trampling on democracy in the name of “protecting” it!

Brazilians, wake up! This decision isn’t just unfair—it’s an outrage that undermines faith in the entire system. If Moraes can bend the rules for a hacker who targeted him, what hope is there for ordinary citizens, let alone a leader like Bolsonaro who fought for conservative values against the elite? The lack of fairness here isn’t accidental; it’s deliberate, a calculated move to consolidate control. Enough is enough—Moraes has crossed every line, and it’s time for accountability before Brazil’s democracy is lost forever!
